1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vertex24 trading platform and related services operated by VERTEX FX LTD ("the Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14637986, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB.

By accessing or using the Vertex24 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must register for an account. You may open a Demo account for practice purposes or a Live account for real-money trading. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Client ID and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Demo Accounts

Demo accounts are provided for practice and educational purposes only. Virtual funds in demo accounts have no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Demo account trading does not constitute real market execution.

4. Live Trading

Live accounts permit trading with real funds. Before trading on a Live account, you must complete identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our AML & KYC Policy. All trading is subject to margin requirements, risk management rules and available balance.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk. You may lose all of your invested capital and, in certain circumstances, may owe additional funds. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Please read our Risk Disclosure document carefully before trading.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with our Deposit & Withdrawal Policy. All transactions are subject to verification, anti-money laundering checks and available payment method terms. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, unauthorised automated trading, or any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or trading capital, arising from your use of the platform. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
